- Track progress from status indicators and verify output quality in Organize.
First Generation Pre-Flight Checklist
- Confirm garment category and sub-type are correct for the selected flow.
- Verify mandatory images are uploaded and clearly visible in preview states.
- Check background and accessory choices match campaign intent.
- Ensure prompt is descriptive, policy-compliant, and free of blocked content.
- Confirm expected style and look match your target audience before generating.

Image Quality Baseline
- Capture in even lighting and avoid hard shadows across the garment.
- Keep the garment fully visible and centered in frame.
- Avoid heavy compression and preserve original file quality.
- Use neutral backgrounds when possible for clearer segmentation.
- Recheck sharpness before upload; blurred content can degrade detail.
Best Practices
- Prefer consistent camera distance between front and back captures.
- Document your studio setup so your team can repeat high-quality shoots.
Bad Visuals
Good Visuals
Cropped, blurred, low resolution, or poorly lit images produce unreliable outputs.
Capture full garment, good lighting, no blur, high resolution for best results.
Generation Status Meanings
Queued
Request accepted and waiting for compute resources.
Action: Wait unless queue time is abnormal for your current plan.
Processing
Generation is running and checks are in progress.
Action: Do not resubmit the same job unless it fails.
Completed
Output is ready for review in Organize.
Action: Validate quality and download the approved outputs.
Failed
Run did not complete due to validation or input issues.
Action: Fix uploads/prompt issues, then retry once.
Sign-Up and Login Recovery
- Verify your email and check spam folder for OTP delivery delays.
- Re-open the auth page in a fresh tab and repeat the flow once.
- Use a strong password with required character complexity.
- If account exists, switch to login tab instead of creating a duplicate account.
When to Contact Support
- Disabled-account and app authorization errors must be handled by support.
- If OTP does not arrive repeatedly, contact support with account email and timestamp.
